Upgrading
- Go to Settings → Billing
- Click Upgrade
- Select your new plan
- Choose monthly or annual billing
- Complete payment
- New limits apply immediately
Pro-Rating
When upgrading mid-cycle:
- You're charged the prorated difference
- New limits apply instantly
- Billing cycle continues unchanged
Downgrading
- Go to Settings → Billing
- Click Change Plan
- Select lower plan
- Confirm downgrade
- New limits apply at next billing cycle
Before Downgrading
Check your usage exceeds new limits:
- Archive extra projects
- Remove extra team members
- Export important data
Cancellation
- Go to Settings → Billing
- Click Cancel Subscription
- Confirm cancellation
- Access continues until period end
- Data retained for 30 days after
What Happens After Cancellation
- Immediate: No changes
- End of billing period: Reverts to Free plan
- 30 days after: Data may be deleted
Billing Cycle
- Monthly: Charged on signup date each month
- Annual: Charged on signup date each year
- Auto-renews unless cancelled

Invoices
View and download invoices:
- Go to Settings → Billing
- Click Invoice History
- Download PDF for any invoice
